  1. Models were generated separately for each year using data from the imaging spectrometer APEX and in situ vegetation data. Model performance is described using Theil’s uncertainty coefficient (Theil’s U), adjusted Pearson’s correlation coefficient (adj. R2), root mean squared error of prediction (RMSE) and % of predicted values below 20 % RMSE (< 20 % RMSE (%)).
