Parameters used in the baseline population viability analysis (PVA) model. All parameters were based on observations described in this study. The large block arrows represent transition between flow and year states. The model operates such that only the demographic rates associated with “High Flow Year” are considered in the year that a high flow event occurs in the model (5 % annual probability). The model then only considers rates associated with “High Flow + 1 Year” in the year immediately following a high flow event and rates associated with “High Flow ≥ 2 Years” for all other years until the next high flow event occurs. Values above black arrows indicate the percentage of adults that disperse from a population into the adjoining population, and “K” indicates the carrying capacity of habitat available to the population
